Yesterday i bought R100 airtime 8ta formy daughter using capitec app while i was buying my money went out bt the app said temporarily available bt the airtime was not there i restarted my fone nd her fone i want to know that why my money was out i had to buy another one later which i got bt what about my R100 that they took
