TELLERS REFUSE TO DO CASH DEPOSITS
Horrible service from the Malvern branch as they REFUSE for clients to make cash deposits by the cashiers/tellers and we are turned away and told to make deposits outside at the ATM. The inconvenience of standing in the long ATM queue waiting to deposit funds while the cashier/teller is free is something I cannot understand Why are we forced to deposit outside?

31 May 2021, 15:46Thank you. This is not an isolated incident. I have gone there multiple times but the last time decided never to go back to that branch again because of them refusing to take cash deposits in the branch and sending us to the ATMs instead
