Teller makes the rules?

I went to Brooklyn Capitec branch about a month and a half ago. I had multiple deposits which i needed to deposit, i had someone with me so i got another reference number so that he could deposit a few deposits and make the process faster for everyone. The teller then told me that i am not allowed to do that and that i need to make all the deposits. According to him i go there every month and do this, funny enough this was my second visit to this branch. I have taken this to Twitter, but it seems like no one is bothered about this pathetic service! Are Capitec's clients increasing too quickly for their customer skills??
