Technical errors and late debits

Sick and tired of their technical errors affecting my cash flow. Money that all of a sudden comes off your account up to 6 weeks later and they try to pass the buck and blame the business who you bought from banks. No one understands your issues when you try to explain to them what is going on and all they do is shrug their shoulders and say they don't know. In this day and age utterly unprofessional
