Tax free savings paused

I have a tax free savings which has matured and now the money is reflecting as paused on my app. I have been to the bank over a week again.. I was told this will be sorted out in 48 hours.. I still do not have access to my money.. It's my ****** money.. I want to now use it and I must keep calling and asking. What the hell is so difficult.
