Tax Free Savings Account Release Nightmare: PATHETIC

I am totally appalled in the lack of communication and service I have received from Capitec Bank ranging from Saturday until date (Tuesday 29th of October 2024). I enquired with a bank consultant when my tax free savings can be released to me prematurely. She assured me within 72 hours this will be unlocked and I have agreed to pay the R300.00 fee to unlock my fees. All I hear when I call the call centre is that your query has been escalated. I went to the branch again yesterday and it was said I am going to receive my money within the next 2 hours. This is my money Capitec? Don't you have my money anymore or what. After I receive this funds I am going banck to ABSA a world leading bank. Not this fly by night bank.
