Tax Free Investment renewal
I have a Tax Free Investment which expired on the 8th of July 2024. After a visit to a branch, numerous WA’s, a call from Wayden on the 11th of July, my investment has still not been renewed. The status of my investment is still “paused”. It is the 15th of July 2024 and I would like this to be re-invested as from the 8th of July 2024 for a period of 24 (twenty four) months. Something the staff does not seem to understand.
