Tax free account, not so free

Tax free means I do not pay tax, right? Experiencing delays since 2023 and unresolved issues. Money disappeared from this account, three times. After phoning and going to the bank and writing emails, I was assured all was resolved. I lost interest, a wrongful fee was deducted, SARS is writing me up for the wrongful activities, 4 top people have helped me after dealing with numerous helpline staff, and assured me all was settled, but still I am referred to other departments after realising it is still not resolved, even after writing to Complaints, Helpdesk, and the Legal department, which have not rep**** yet. All I want is for the IT3(s) and statements to agree, protecting me from paying a penalty, looking like I did something wrong.
