talking money of my account when they want

I posted a compliant on the 29th October 2015 about the bank and upto date they still have no gotten back to me so that shows you that they don't care about their clients.<br> <br> I sure as hell will be closing my accounts as soon as my loan is finished as this bank does not care for me their client for how many years and never faild to pay my accounts. Because they so me disrespect by not phoning me.<br> <br> Disgusting customer service.
