taking my money after an arrangement has been put in place

<p>after attempting to make an arrangeement which could not be fulfilled after 3 calls and a visit to the branch, an arragangement was made today but i am told now by the agent that my money if deposited will still be absorbed by the loan.</p> <p>this contravenes my rights as a customer and also contradicts what i was informed by the branch staff.</p> <p>an arrangement means that I am agreeing to pay the arrears, at a set amount.so after this agreement has been made why the **** must my money still be taken away toward the loan? the main relationship is not the loan it is teh trabnsactional relationship with the customer and I even have debit orders going off there which are being affected now.</p> <p> </p> <p>sort that out immediately otherwise I will cancel all my debit orders, close the account and make you guys run after me for money.</p> <p> </p> <p>all because you cannot solve a simple transactional request from a client.</p> <p> </p>
