Taking legal action

I laid a complaint last week and spoke to Thandeka, Primrose, Size, Given. Today I spoke to Jabulile. Told me they will send me an email, no email yet. The calls continue. Every day they say it will take 24 hours, next day, the calls come in again. Capitec continues to harass me with spam calls from their ECN Telecommunications number they use in the loans department. Capitec continues to breach contract of my security and privacy request. Capitec continues to break the POPI Act law. Unfortunately you have left me no option but to proceed with taking legal action and you will hear from my attorney.
