Suspicious calls

I don't know what kind of operation Capitec Bank is running, I just got a call from this number +*** the person does not want to tell me the reason for them calling but they want my personal information.

This lady says that they are calling regarding my relationship with Capitec? What? I use Capitec but I'm not in a relationship with Capitec and they didn't want to give me the reason for them calling and the lady was so rude "akere you don't have a relationship with capitec so bye"
