Suspends my online banking!!!!!

How can you just suspend my online banking? I use it to pay some of my debts! Now I will be penalized for late payment because Capitec Bank decided to suspend my online banking!!!!!!! I'm sick and tired of this bank.. you will be hearing from my new bank for a SWITCH!!!!!!
