Suspended savings account

I have a problem with my Capitec savings account it was suspended after they asked to send proof of employment which I did explain to them before that I don't have because I'm not formally employed. I get money from online gambling anselling products and online investments. I was told if that's the case I should provide an affidavit and proof if residence which I did via their WhatsApp chat line and I was told they will get back to me after 24 hours it's been 2 weeks no response my account is still suspended
