Suspended My Online and Cellphone Banking...Without any Reason!!!

firstly i would give these idiots no stars!!! they suspended my online banking and cellphone banking without warning. Now i cannot transfer monies into my capitec account to pay for an account, i went to the harrison street branch in JHB CBD, they made me wait for 30 minutes and no one assisted me. why must i run around for your stupid mistake. Why did you suspend my facilities which i use every month. Are you people bored?... why not higher more staff to assist... you guys are making plenty money... Anyway... if you cant sort my problem out, ill close my account this weekend... I have nothing to lose, another bank would definitely want my business.
