Suspended account

I hold a savings account with capitec bank, i received money from a rotational stokvel that we do with my colleagues. I was so surprised to learn that my account has been suspended/ put on hold for the reasons i do not and its almost a week now without getting any feedback nor contact from the bank on why is the contact suspended. i cant even pay my kids school fees, i have no access to the account. If you are doing this on the bases that i paid your loan before the end of the contract date shame on you.
