Superb after-hours support
Very happy with Capitec, as always. I accidentally got locked out of my banking app and I called the number the app provided. Even after hours, the support lady was extremely friendly and helpful and unlocked my app within 5 minutes, while maintaining the highest confidentiality and security. The best bank in SA by far. Thanks, Capitec, for making my life so much easier!
