SUPER HERO SERVICE

<p>I went to Capitec Bank in Pretoria yesterday...I was assisted by a gentle man by the name of Frans...I have to say in the many years I have dealt with different banks and services but this guy was exceptional...he was on point and he basically did with one service what I thought would need a couple of visit to the branch to sort out... he is attentive and actually cares about his clients. I think we need to embrace and praise such good work as it's hard to find someone to genuinely assist with such care...I don't stay in pta and I was honestly just there because I was passing by,I see myself always going there to get assisted as the rest of the team was also awesome and courteous...#super #uber #worldclass #service </p>
