I had a very pleasant experience with Capitec Bank especially a lady with the name of Nelisiwe Ngema. I lost my bancard while travelling South East Asia and that is the worst thing you can do especially in Thailand where card machines are far and inbetween. Nelisiswe Ngema went out of her way to assist me in every possible way. I thank you for your assistance and you are truly an asset to Capitec and hopefully you will be rewarded for going out of your way to assist me. Thank you Nelisiswe Ngema you are a star!
