Super bad service

I settled a personal loan with Capitec. The balance was 16cents and the charged me R459 worth of interest and admin fee???? Where in your life? I went to a branch and they just told me it is what it is.... I sent an email to complain Bulelani Kula told me I must phone them or visit a branch they cant assist on email. I told them if they cant phone me as their customer they dont deserve my business... No reply. They give Jack S about their clients!
