Super "Ayanda" Service

If every Capitec Bank had "Ayanda" type of service then trust me we would all leave our other banks and flock to Capitec. I was with my daughter on Saturday afternoon at Meadowpoint branch and got the pleasure of being assisted by Ayanda. I had closed my account with Capitec over six years ago and when I got to this branch, I found that my account was never closed.

My daughter even commented about the people s****s from Ayanda. He is passionate about the work that he is doing and not only assists with "opening an account" but also managed to assist me with SecureCode as well.

Thank you Ayanda for your excellent service. I am surely going to return to your branch and hopefully have the opportunity to be assisted by you again.
