Such amazing service!!!

Yesterday I went to the my Capitec Bank because I had forgotten my online pin and had other things to sort out. My consultant was Siphiwe (didn't get his surname) but he was so patient with me. Helped me sort out all my issues, did it with a smile and was making conversation and was just so pleasant. I was on the phone with someone and he heard me say I needed to get proof of payment as well and before I knew it he had printed it out for me. So efficient. Best service I have received at a bank by far!
