Subscription reversal

Hello Peter I'm currently experiencing some issues with my capitec back account. My money has been leaving my account under the transaction of Google software /games subscription which I know nothing about and nor did I subscribe to it. I went to the branch and they were unable to help me, the only thing they said is that even if they manage to reverse the money it will cost me R80 for each transaction and each transaction was R99. 90 or less. Please help me to get my money back
