stupid UV Light systems

I'm so dam irritated, I have been going to the capitec bank in verulam for the last 5 saturdays to be told no they can't help me to open an account because the system is down. That's ********, get an advanced system as url are a bank and not clothing store. I go again today and very happy cuz finally they work.... I went open a capitec bank account just to be told that I do not meet the criteria due to my Identity Document shining to bright under the UV Light and I need to go to home affairs and get a new document or get a passport. ..like what the hell..why must I get a passport for what exactly!!!. Because my id that I have been using all my life at far bigger and more experienced companies than yours and they accepted it obviously but ur policy apparently states that u have to put it under a UV light and its not meeting criteria.... Seriously that's absolutely ridiculous, we working people that want to open up a simple bank account. I'm really ****ed off! Yourll need serious help!
