Stupid questions by stupid support team
Capitec bank is at it again oissing me off with their insufficient support team asking me stupid questions whenever i have to log a query on whatsapp. I was told that my refund that was processed a week ago would reflect today. When i followed up their useless chat support kept asking me stupid questions and wasting my time. Meanwhile they have not reversed the funds
