Stupid Capitec ****

Pathetic service from Capitec, my husband transferred money from his Capitec acc, to my Nedbank acc, using their immediate payment at 14:50 today, it’s now 21:09 and I still don’t have money in my account. He was told there’s a problem with immediate payments, that was never communicated to their clients, no one could give us the turn around time aswell. I’ve always told my husband to leave this sorry ****ty of a next to nothing Bank, and today they proved me right all over again. I want that money as it’s for a urgent matter.
