Student loan
I always rave about Capitec in my last 7 years with them no issues at all. But now that I wanted to apply for a study loan for one of my kids it’s impossible to reach them. I called 3 times was promised a call back. Emailed client care no response. Went to the branches unfortunately there friendly staff could not assist me as it get done online logged incident #***5. All I want to do is start the process for a

16 Mar 2022, 09:39Finally got sorted out with the student loan for my child. Thank you Capitec you redeemed yourselves. Took less than 30 minutes to complete the process. I understand that student loans are fairly new to the bank but again thank you
