I complained about Capitec Bank Branch Hartswater, and head Office is aware of this matter (our niece passed away 05 July 2025, and we have a policy with Capitec for Funeral under my brother Mr Neo Mooki his contact: *** CF: ***4. (Hartswater) My brother is being taken from Pillar to Pillar, we have borrowed money trusting Capitec will pay until today we still waiting. We have submitted all required documents nothing is happening.
