Struggling to get my paid up letter

I settled my Capitec loan on 03/04/2017 and they have not updated my bureau. My issue now is just obtaing my paid up letter, I have called their call centre and they keep telling me I have to wait for 3 to 4 days, i just feel that is unreasonable - I just want my paid up letter as I need to use it urgently. It feel its unfair that I have to put my things on hold now because they want me to wait for days before I can get a simple thing as a paid up letter. Can someone from Capitec URGENTLY assist me with this please.

I am certainly not happy with the response I received from Capitec, when I called on 05/05/17 I was told that I would be getting my paid up letter in 3 days(its been more than 3 days).
Noone mentioned anything to me about a paid up letter than has to be requested from an external Debt Collector as my account was handed over.
I had other obligations that needed to be sorted out and based on what Capitec's consultant advised me, I then asked for an extention of 3 days. Nondi Tsholoba did not even mention in her response how long I have to wait... So what must I do now?
Now where is this transparancy that you guys talk about.
