Struggle to get PAID UP LETTER

I Settled my loan with them through my Debt Review on the 29th of April. Mailed all the proof and everything. Have been asking for Paid Up Letter since and no reply. When i called the few agents just saying they unable to help. Today the 11th of May and my loan still shows a Balance.
