Stopped card

I have a complain , I’m a business woman I have a registered company which is selling hair so it happened I have received a lot of orders I couldn’t deliver on time and people have reported my business account to ***** while I was still busy refunding those who didn’t get their purchased orders.. so now my account is stopped I cannot refund them their money Capitec doesn’t want to help me
