Stopped account without valid reason

I dont know what to do anymore this capitec is very useless i cant believe that after a long 12 years of using a bank as a loyal costomer they just place a stop on my account just becouse i was using account for trading and i have been doing this for a very long time using my saving account Nobody reported the account but they still place a stop on my saving accouny bow i can't even access my funds becouse they just decided to stopped it with no valid reason I mean what kind of bank is capitec Im very disappointed on this bank I just want them to release my funds then they can lock.their account im tired if this capitec
