Stopped account enquiry

My account was stopped after it was reported for ****. Someone used my account to **** a person. I then went to Capitec to get help, I went to four different branches but no help. Finally in another branch a lady said I should get an affidavit and ID. I did and they filled an enquiry. I waited and waited, no response. I then checked on whstapp for help. They said they misled me on the branch. I should have waited days before filing for an enquiry. Capitec consultant are no help at all. Worst service ever. I did everything and still no help. I'm disappointed.
