Stopped account

My account got stopped because it was suspected of ***** over R3800 that I received for promo work which is from another Capitec bank account. Now my issue is, u block my account you don't notify me. The account that that sent me money is now active, mine is not. I go to the branch to sort out this issue, 0 solutions presented. Now my life is on hold and Capitec does not even care about that. Why isit that you don't call me or the other Capitec holder if u suspect *****? I need my money asap. I will be moving banks because this is pure incompetence.
