Stopped account

Capitec closed my capitec account saying that the person who deposited money on my account was suspected **** of which l don't know the person l submitted an affidavit 3times but no response and l am afraid this account is where my salary comes through l am so disappointed because it's an old account they also withheld my funds just because of 1075 their service 8s so poor l am pushing the 3rd week now. I am suffering can't buy food for my kids can't pay their transpor we have no food because of this
