STOP UNKNOWN DEBIT ORDER

There is a debit order for R185 with a description of SS-medi that goes on every month it's now the 4th month and I know nothing about this. when I go to the bank they told me that I cannot create another account. this is so unreasonable and heartbreaking because I am still a student and I need that money. capitec bank is making us pay for some corps that we do not even know off this is so not professional and the most boring part is that I cannot even dispute nor stop this debit order even when I go to the bank they told me that I cannot dispute nor stop this debit order. I AM PRETTY SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME A CUSTOMER COMPLAINS ABOUT THIS DEBIT ORDER I HAVE READ REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEM THAT I'M FACING CAPITEC BANK NEEDTO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I need them to stop this debit order ASAP because I don't know what it is for. I AM A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER and the services are not professional at all. thank you.
