Stop sharing my info to spam callers

I've been receiving calls from Blue credit deals and world tech services about a loan application which I did not apply for from them, it all started a fews days when capitec declined my credit card application and opted to offer me a loan instead which was 7k not what I wanted I declined the offer. Few days later I get calls from 010 numbers claiming I made applications for loans, the last call was from Palesa World tech service she claimed she can help check why my application was declined, so when capitec declines my application they gave away my info to these people calling me daily sometimes with automated response.
