Stop card a lie.

Very disappointed in capitec. My house was broken in and they stole my phone. The stop card free number is a lie. They don't have a free stop card line for customers to use. I called from someone's phone that's not a capitec bank client. They don't have data to what's app. So how the hell do we stop our cards if there is no other means of doing it. Absa, nedbank, standard bank & FNB have a free stop card line to call us. So that means clients are nothing to capitec. My wife had the same problem and she had to go to the bank twice if not 3 times that her money disappear from her account. Capitec told her to find out who took her money.
