****** money by Capitec Bank

3 weeks back, I took my sisters domestic worker to the bank as she is from Lesotho. She banks with capitec bank. Every month the block the cards of the ladies and the go in, and the bank normally extends for another month . So, VFS along with Home Affairs has the permits but will not give them. The ladies use their slips as proof to show they did apply for them. The banks always helped them however last month after pay day, they blocked her card, with the money inside her account. With no warning nothing and the bank says they want the permit. There is no permit, VFS people say they Don't Know.. Home Affairs says they too know nothing... the bank can help this poor woman thats struggling only if VFS or Home Affairs can help. But they refuse... but my problem is, how does the bank just block your card, how do you pay fees, buy food, get to work. No warning at all when the Bank always sends out sns's but that day nope. And they chased her out of the bank not helping her. Capitec, you always took the very same information how come that same information doesn't work out? You wanted proof of address its there! Proof of work permit, the 1st one is there done by Home Affairs but VFS the 2nd one, its in limbo..We not getting any hope at all with them.. Now, we must wait for only God knows for a permit to get blocked money.. R10 000 isn't childs play. I want my domestic workers money.
