Stole my money

I have a loan with Capitec. With an agreement for installments to be deducted on 25 of every month. Today the 12 Dec my loan was deducted without approval from me. The lady at the call centre tells me - but your employer told us you getting paid today... Which I did not. How the heck is this even legal! Is this agreement between Capitec and my employer or Capitec and me???? You can be assured I'll be getting advise from the banking ambudsman. Horrified and disgusted. No money in my account !!!
