Stinking attitude and rude

I made a purchase at Food *****s Market Brooklyn Design Square. My card gave the message \Please contact the card issuer\"<br> <br> The lady from FLM called *** Capitec Bank. The rude ******** person on the other side refuse to assist and say we must go into the bank. I spoke to the person and she refused to assist or to confirm that if the transaction was debited against my account.<br> <br> Pathetic service Capitec Bank. Please train your staff to speak with respect to customer and how to assist customer. Needless to say I dropped the phone because you can' speak to an *********** consultant."
