Still Waiting on update on my insurance policy no communication from Capitec
On 28 July, I went to a Capitec branch to update the lives on my insurance policy because I was unable to do the update on my App. The branch couldn’t help and it was escalated to IT Insure and I was given a reference number. They told me I would be contacted by IT insure and I am still waiting. The debit date is getting closer and my worry is Capitec will still deduct the premium for a policy not updated. This is poor service and zero urgency.
