Still waiting for the reversal which I was told would take 14 days

I went to a capitec bank branch in soshanguve over 3 weeks to do a reversal for an EFT that I incorrectly made. I was told that the whole process takes 14 days at a fee I agreed. It's been over 14 days and this is infuriating as waiting for 14 days is already bad enough and now I have to wait longer. This is totally unacceptable and I will like for the matter to be resolved.
