I still haven't been helped, they were very quick to sms telling me my case is void just because I missed one call, so just covering your asses. Instead of scheduling what time am I available to talk you call once at weird times and only once. I contacted you via email and got a response that you will respond within 24 hours, its been a week. Clearly only way to get your attention is through this website.
