STILL WAITING FOR CAPITEC MANAGEMENT TO CALL ABOUT ****** MONEY

Still waiting for Management to contact me to advise when I will get the footage from the camera where my R2850 was ****** from. What to see who withdrew my money. This happened in July already and I'm still waiting. The same thing happened to people I know that bank with other banks and they got their money back in two weeks. Why is it so hard to give my money back or the footage to prove who stole my money. They don't even have the decency to call me to respondo to Social Media posts. Total disregard. I don't accept the decision to not be refunded without seeing the footage first. Every ATM has a camera.
