Still Waiting for a call

I app**** for a loan over the internet and was called by the contact center and told me that I have been approved R5000.00 and I then went to the branch wherein I was also told that my loan application is approved and only waiting to confirm with my work place.The lady promised to call me back the following day after speaking to my HR,to date I have not received a call from them.
