Still listed on ITC

I paid off the amount owing with the lawyers,yet after more than a month it is still reflecting on my credit profile. I sent in numerous emails and was promised that this would me done, but yet nothing has been done. I am so sick of this! I even forwarded the settlement letter to [Email Removed] and Lee-Andre Bailey was dealing with this , but it is still listed. Could you please remove this listing ASAP!!!
