Still disappointed with Capitec
It is unbelievable that Capitec still won't let me access my money after promising that the matter had been resolved. I do not know what else to do to get my money out from this this bank that acts like a mashonisa. I provided all documents that they wanted from me but still years later I am still being told I need to provide the same documents I did in 2021 and eve after they confirme both here and through the phone that my money will be released. Well here we are in 2024 and I'm still struggling with these bullies. Please help.

05 Mar 2024, 16:21So someone named Bongi called me yesterday and promised to call me back after asking me questions, but as usua with Capitec she never did. We are now nearin the end of day two and sill no call. I tried calling myself but no help.
