*****STERS AND CAPITEC CANNOT HELP!!!!!

I went to draw money at a Absa ATM, which I couldnt retrieve my money as well as my card would not come out again. I do not have a cel phone at the moment - it is broken - so could not contact Capitec Bank to stop my card. - This happened on Sunday about 6.30pm. Well needless to say the *****sters got my card and had my pin and drew out R7500.00 (my rent money) out of my account. Capitec just pulls their shoulders up and says sorry we cannot help you!!!!! There where 3 transaction not completely through my account yet or R3500.00 where the card was swiped - they could not reverse this??? Surely banks have some insurance to cover their customers in this instant???? I know about 7yrs ago when I was with Absa they cloned my card and also took like R5000 out my account I was refunded all that money within 7 days - what is the problem with Capitec?????? I must go open a case at the police?? - will they get my money back - I dont think so - to me this is disgusting that the bank which I have been with for many many years cannot help and just pull their shoulders up. Ive heard of alot of people who complain about this - Capitec clients.
