On the 20th August, I went to the Florida (Goldman Street) branch to complete my application and was assisted by Sandy Moloi who was very friendly and professional. She explained the different options and the process in detail. I even said to her I had avoided that branch for over a year now [because of the ill-experience I previously received from one of the consultants] and went to the other each time I needed to visit one but she had restored my faith.
